Mobile
applications, “apps”, have changed the way people do business and how social
interactions have evolved into what it is today. People and business have
become so app dependent that there is a high demand for individuals that know
how to program and develop mobile apps in the three current platforms of
Android, Windows, and Apple products. In conjunction with the increased demand
for apps by companies, users and developers, web analytics has developed into
the next phase in online marketing. Web analytics is “the analysis of
qualitative and quantitative data from your website and the competition, to
drive a continual improvement of the online experience that your customers, and
potential customers have, which translates into your desired outcomes (online
and offline)”(Kaushik 5).
Web analytics has changed how people view and use their
favorite websites for entertainment, news, weather, sports, work, school and
every other possibility that the Internet offers. Web analytics is changing our
experiences to offer a more in depth and customized experience every time we
visit a website, and this has begun with the development of mobile apps too.
Mobile
analytics is the application of web analytics to all mobile electronic devises
such as the iPhone, iPad, Droid phones and tablets, and all other internet
accessible electronic device. The evolution of mobile apps is changing to where
all apps will be web based. This means that no longer will you have to download
new apps or continuously update your apps. In addition you will not have to
ever make the decision of which apps you want to keep due to the limited space
in your mobile device. Web based apps at the future of mobile apps, and they
are here to stay.
The benefits of web-based apps are the end of developing
apps on three different platforms, there no longer is the need to download the
latest updates for your apps, the apps will no require MB’s or even GB’s of
memory on your device, and finally, the best part, the apps will have mobile
analytic functions to offer you the best app experience as websites do through
we analytics.
Mobile
analytics on web-based apps are the future of electronic devices. With the
developed and perfection of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, web-based apps will be
able to provide more information, greater experiences, better navigation and
usage to continually feed your addiction to use your mobile apps. This is only
the beginning of what will so be available for everyone within a mobile
connection to the internet. Greater and more sophisticated options, and techs
will soon be available and web-based apps with mobile analytics will pave its
way into all of our phones, tablets, and lives
