Mobile Analytics, the Next Step in Mobile Applications



            Mobile applications, “apps”, have changed the way people do business and how social interactions have evolved into what it is today. People and business have become so app dependent that there is a high demand for individuals that know how to program and develop mobile apps in the three current platforms of Android, Windows, and Apple products. In conjunction with the increased demand for apps by companies, users and developers, web analytics has developed into the next phase in online marketing. Web analytics is “the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data from your website and the competition, to drive a continual improvement of the online experience that your customers, and potential customers have, which translates into your desired outcomes (online and offline)”(Kaushik 5).
Web analytics has changed how people view and use their favorite websites for entertainment, news, weather, sports, work, school and every other possibility that the Internet offers. Web analytics is changing our experiences to offer a more in depth and customized experience every time we visit a website, and this has begun with the development of mobile apps too.

            Mobile analytics is the application of web analytics to all mobile electronic devises such as the iPhone, iPad, Droid phones and tablets, and all other internet accessible electronic device. The evolution of mobile apps is changing to where all apps will be web based. This means that no longer will you have to download new apps or continuously update your apps. In addition you will not have to ever make the decision of which apps you want to keep due to the limited space in your mobile device. Web based apps at the future of mobile apps, and they are here to stay.
The benefits of web-based apps are the end of developing apps on three different platforms, there no longer is the need to download the latest updates for your apps, the apps will no require MB’s or even GB’s of memory on your device, and finally, the best part, the apps will have mobile analytic functions to offer you the best app experience as websites do through we analytics.

            Mobile analytics on web-based apps are the future of electronic devices. With the developed and perfection of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, web-based apps will be able to provide more information, greater experiences, better navigation and usage to continually feed your addiction to use your mobile apps. This is only the beginning of what will so be available for everyone within a mobile connection to the internet. Greater and more sophisticated options, and techs will soon be available and web-based apps with mobile analytics will pave its way into all of our phones, tablets, and lives
